FALL HAZARD:

fractures falling while in and
from bouncers.
• ALWAYS use restraints and
adjust to fit snugly at all
times.
• Child's movement can slide
product. Use only on floor.
NEVER place product near
edges of counter tops, tables
or other elevated surfaces.
STRANGULATION HAZARD:
• Children have STRANGLED in
loose or partially buckled
harness straps. Fully restrain
the child at all times.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Infants
have suffocated: When product
was placed on a soft surface and
tipped over.
• NEVER place product on
beds, sofas, cushions or
other soft surfaces.
• NEVER leave child
unattended.
To prevent falls and suffocation:
• ALWAYS use restraints and
adjust to fit snugly at all
times.
•Stop using bouncer when
baby starts trying to sit up or
has reached 18 lb (8 kg),
whichever comes first.
