Problem
No power
Does not work even
with the power plug
connected
No vibration
When the above problems cannot be resolved as indicated, please do not disassemble
this unit yourself. Contact the distributor or dealer for repair. The warranty period is 1
year.
Possible reason
1. The power plug is dis-
connected.
2. The power button is not
turned on.
1. The power button on the
device has not been turned
on.
2. The patches have not
been firmly clipped to the
electrode cables.
1. Feet too dry.
2. Wearing socks/stockings.
3. Patches stuck to clothes.
4. One or both feet are not
placed on the unit correctly.
5. The patches have not
been applied to two points of
the body.
Procedure
1. Connect the power plug.
2. Turn on the power button.
1. Turn on the power button on
the unit.
2. Securely clip the patches to the
electrode cables.
1. Wash and moisten the feet.
2. The feet must be bare.
3. Apply the patches directly to
the skin.
4. Place the feet correctly on the
unit.
5. The patches must be applied to
two points of the body.
