FITTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR FI0066SI FRAME INSERT
DUCATI DIAVEL 2011- FRAME INSERT KIT
THIS KIT CONTAINS THE ITEMS PICTURED AND LABELLED BELOW.
DO NOT PROCEED UNTIL YOU ARE SURE ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT.

Please note that in cases where kits are packed with rubber washers holding the components onto the bolt –
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
FI0066 – pictured as A & FI0093 – pictured as D

Remove the bolt in either side of the cast frame section that bolts into the swingarm spindle.

Replace these bolts with the two bolts supplied in the kit and tighten.

Fit one of the longer countersunk bolts (M6 x 25mm long) through the cylindrical frame inserts
(FI0066) so head sits in counter-bore.


