Remove and discard the protective plastic sheet that covers the engine and any other
plastic or wrapping on the machine.
Important:
To prevent accidental starting, do not insert the key into the electric-start ignition (if
equipped) until you are ready to start the engine.

Assembling and unfolding the handle improperly can damage the cables, causing an unsafe
operating condition.
• Do not damage the cables when unfolding the handle.
• If a cable is damaged, contact an Authorized Service Dealer.
