Zebra Label Printer Configuration
1. Introduction
This guide is to help set up an OHAUS Ranger 7000 or Defender 5000 (TD52 series) with a Zebra® printer for
label printing. Please read this manual completely before installation and operation.
This configuration has been tested with a Zebra GC420t and GK888t but should be compatible with any Zebra
printer sharing the ZPLII programming language. The Zebra Printer used must support ZPL commands.
As label formats and barcode requirements can be highly customized, this guide is not intended as a tutorial on
how to customize further the labels printed by the Zebra printer. For additional support for Zebra printers and
label formats, contact Zebra directly at www.zebra.com.
