False use

•
It is prohibited to transport persons or animals on the platform floor truck.
•
It is also prohibited to take a ride on the platform floor truck.
•
Do not reach into moving parts and please observe that no other persons reach into moving parts.
•
Please observe that there is nothing under the forks. There is the risk of crushing.

Commissioning

1. In order to lift the lifting forks, please push the lever (2) downwards and pump by moving the drawbar
up and down.
2. In the centre (neutral) position of the lever (2) you can move the platform floor truck by means of the
drawbar without lifting the lifting forks.
3. If you want to lower the lifting forks, please pull the lever (2) in an upwards direction.

Failures

Attention!
After having used the platform floor truck for extended periods of time, the pins in the oil boring
may jam and oil may accumulate so that the platform floor truck cannot be lowered any more.
If this is the case, please ensure that the following steps are implemented by specialised
technicians:
•
Loosen the screw from the valve seat, then let the
steel ball flow out together with the hydraulic oil.
•
There is a small boring next to the valve, the
diameter of which is between 0.5 and 0.8mm.
•
Try to cleanse the same using a thin wire.
•
Reassemble the steel ball to its original location.
In this, use the drawing as an orientation. Then,
close the valve seat. Please observe that the pin
is not bent and that the valve seat is not
damaged.
