MAINTENANCE INTERVENTIONS
Cleaning of the solar water heater
In storage solar water heaters the transparent outer
cupola has to be as clean as possible, because dust
and dirtiness prevent sun rays from warming water at
best. As a result, the solar water heater efficiency
would be reduced considerably.
To clean the cupola use a wet and soft cloth: when
scratched the cupola lost its transparency.
Magnesium anode
A magnesium anode (1) is fitted to the upper part of the
tank to protect it against galvanic corrosion.
We advise to replace it every 8-12 months.

If the appliance reaches the end of its working life and
therefore it becomes necessary to dismantle it, contact
the local company managing the disposal of waste
materials in order to find out the nearest point of
collection.
It is forbidden to get rid of the appliance in areas that
are different from the one indicated by the local
company managing the disposal of waste materials.
