The appliance has been conceived for hot water
production: any other use of it has to be considered
dangerous and not suitable.

the
regulations in force. A wrong installation, caused by
not
observing
the
manufacturer, can cause injury to people, animals or
other equipment for which the manufacturer cannot
be considered responsible.
Do not place anything upon the appliance.

HOW TO USE THE APPLIANCE

NEVER empty the tank to avoid any risk of breaking
of the inner cupola and the subsequent condense
formation, that prevents the sun from warming water.
In case the tank has be emptied and the appliance is
left WITHOUT WATER, protect it with OPAQUE
MATERIALS.
Empty the tank only if the outer temperature falls
below - 20°C, in order to avoid possible damage
caused by ice.
If there is a STOP COCK on input COLD WATER, this
should never be closed.
If the appliance remains exposed to the sun for long time
without using water and it is not installed a water mixer
after the appliance itself, it is necessary to be careful
about the danger of burns due to the high temperature of
the water.
Remember that each time you open a tap, the
domestic water is hot when it comes o ut from the
solar water heater, but it takes longer before
coming hot to the user. All the water that comes
out from the tap during this period is wasted.
(Example: if when we open a tap we waste 5 litres
of water before water is hot and we open the tap
10 times a day, we withdraw about 50 litres of hot
water from the solar water heater without making
use of it).
Solar energy is most efficient from 10.00 a.m.
until 3.00 p.m. Therefore if washing machines or
dishwashers are connected to the hot water outlet of
the solar water heater, try to use them within this
time.
