Performing initial setup

When ELITE is powered on for the first time, the "Language" (to be used in the
display) selection shows on the display. Afterwards, the Privacy policy statement
appears and needs to be accepted by pressing (OK) on remote control or
navigation knob. Then, the "Setup wizard" appears on the display. Follow the
instructions below to configure some initial
