Cleaning and maintenance

Basic points
• Under no circumstances may the coffee machine be cleaned with
a hose or pressurized water equipment. All cladding must only be
wiped down with a damp cloth.
• For safety reasons, product dispensing is blocked during clea-
ning.
• A cleaning operation can never be interrupted. If the power fails,
a new cleaning cycle will be forced when the power returns.
• Cleaning agents must be stored out of the reach of children.
(CH: Poison class 5).
• Cleaning agents must be stored in a locked cupboard and may
only be accessible to authorized persons. The manufacturer ac-
cepts no liability in the event of misuse.
• You must always follow the instructions on the Rex-Royal Cappu-
cleaner (57´045) and Rex-Royal cleaning tablets (57´002) pa-
ckaging.
• If the coffee machine is being used on a mobile truck, enough
fresh water must be available and the waste water/drip container
must always be emptied before cleaning.
• Is your coffee machine equipped with a milk module (optional)
must the cleaning of the milk parts special attention be given. Pay
attention with the descriptions of cleaning to your equipment ap-
propriate guidance with or without milk module.
