Operation of the device

tube then runs along the inside of the upper arm.
The instructions for use apply by analogy. The cuff
should fit in such a way that 2 fingers can pass
between the arm and the cuff. For this purpose,
bend your arm slightly before closing the Velcro
fastener. The upper arm muscle is tensed slightly
and the circumference of the arm increases slight-
ly. Now pull the free end of the cuff tight and place
it over the Velcro fastener firmly. Insert the cuff air
connector into the air socket on the device as far
as it will go. Lay your upper arm – stretched out
and relaxed – on the table with the palm turned
upwards. Keep the arm still and do not talk.

Important:
The cuff may only be inflated when it is attached to
the arm.
Before measurement take a deep breath and relax. Do
not move, do not talk and do not tense your arm
during measurement. Breathe calmly.
