4. ASSEMBLY

WARNING : Before assembling your appliance, carefully read the safety instructions
in this manual.
1. Remove the 4 screws on the motor block used to secure the rear grill, then remove the
blade's locking nut and protection on the motor shaft. Place the rear grill on the motor unit
(by aligning the 4 holes of the rear grill with those of the motor block) and fix the rear grill with
the 4 screws.
2. Place the blade on the motor shaft by taking care to align the slot of the blade with the pin
of the shaft and insert the blade until it locks in place. Then tighten the blade's locking nut by
turning it counterclockwise. Take care to tighten the nut properly. Check that the blade
rotates well by turning it manually.
3. Place the front grill on the rear grill (put the Fanelite logo horizontally) and assemble the
grills using the grills locking circle by tightening the nut and the screw. Take care to tighten
the screw properly for optimum safety.

5. WALL MOUNTING

WARNING : Before fixing your appliance, carefully read the safety instructions in this
manual. The fixing must be made securely in the wall STRUCTURE by a qualified
person. We can not be held liable in the event of a fall of the appliance.
Consider the length of the power cord required, head tilt, activation of the oscillating mode,
relative to the location of the electrical outlet, the cable should never be tense.
Mount the fan to the wall with screws and dowels appropriate to the wall
structure :
1. Position the fan at the desired location and mark the positions of each screw (at the
bottom and in the center of each notch).
2. Remove the fan, pre-drill the wall and insert the screws and dowels.
3. Leave approximately 1.5 cm of each screw out of the wall.
4. Position the fan by inserting the screws into the notches and lower the fan so that the
screws block to the top of the notches.
5. Tighten the screws securely. Be sure to tighten securely for optimum safety.
