Shut off power supply and fuel
supply.
Check there's no voltage.
· Remove the burner cover.
· Fasten support 1 with 3 x screws 3.
· Fit speed drive 4 onto its support
(4 holes ref. 12).
· Disassemble switch K1, its contacts
and its thermal relay.
· Open tilting door 16 to access the
terminal boards.
· Fasten the potentiometer onto the
servomotor using the screw provided.
· Place the output potentiometer's
index on reference 1, whilst ensuring
that the servomotor is in position 0°.
· Do the preliminary wiring for the
output potentiometer, making sure
you follow the electrical diagram
provided.
· Checking of the potentiometer
setting :
when air flap is closed (position 0°),
–
measured resistance between B
and C (i.e. all and +10) must be
1000W,
when air flap is opened, R must
–
be ca. 0W.
· Fit switches K1',K2 on their supports.
· Hook up the electrical connections
between the various items in the kit,
making sure you follow the electrical
diagram provided :
D993263 / 13015295.
Remark:
Use the cable grommets provided for
plate feedthrough.
· Close tilting door 16 on the speed
drive.
· Switch the burner on.
· Parameterize the speed drive using
the delivered document.
· Start up the burner
(cf. the burner user instructions).

Remove adhesive protective
guard (above) from the speed
drive's grid to have a better
cooling of the speed drive.
