Every vehicle has different shape and characteristics: if parts of
the unit are not accessible and therefore the safety procedure
cannot be followed, the entire unit must be removed completely.
After the emergency operation, the tread is not safe for use since
it is not properly steady, so it must not be used until the correct
operation is restored.
8.3 TROUBLESHOOTING

remove the side
sticker, screw one of
the removed M6
screws in the
threaded hole and
tighten until the tread
cannot move
outwards.
SOLUTION
Perform cleaning
procedure
Perform cleaning
procedure, if the
problem continues,
replace the sliders.
Check for obstacles,
check for cable
continuity. Once the
motor is disconnected,
check for tread
movement. If the
problem persists,
replace the motor unit.
Check for sensor's
cable continuity, if the
problem persists,
replace the sensor.
