1. Remove the plastic edges from the frame and
remove the frame from the bag.
2. Insert the frame into the new bag and clamp the
plastic edges of the bag to the frame.
If the clutch lever is loose, you should turn the
clutch cable adjustment to tighten (see picture
on the left).
