Injection process
After cleaning, the torch is moved from the clamping position (1) over the injector (4) for injection with the gas nozzle (2).
In this position, the gas nozzle (2) actuates the roller lever (3) so that the directional valve (7) is switched. The compressed
air is no longer supplied to the stroke cylinder but to the injector (4).
 Fig. 12 Pneumatic plan on page EN-17
When the control signal, stroke = 1, is set again, injection starts. The air flowing through the injector (4) creates a vacuum in
the suction hose (5). The anti-spatter fluid is sucked in from the anti-spatter agent tank (6) and added to the circulating air.

NOTICE
• The torch cleaning station must remain depressurised and tension-free during setup!
• The gas nozzle diameter must match the one of the prism.
• The distance sleeve must match the nominal diameter of the gas nozzle.
• The reamer must be adapted exactly to the torch type.
1 Loosen the lateral mounting screws and remove the covering hood.

4 Control signal input for "lift" (stroke movement) to X1.10.
5 Connect the control signal output for "ready" (stroke down, clamping cylinder open) to X1.12
