7. Possible Malfunctions

PROBLEM
The indicator light
displays "Fill the water
tank."
The indicator light
displays "Ice"
Both "Fill the water
tank" and "Ice" indicator
lights are displayed.
Ice cubes are sticking
together.
The ice production cycle
is working properly, but
ice cubes are not
produced.
During the production of
ice cubes there was an
accidental loss of power
to the device.
On the front panel the
indicator light flashes.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
No water in the water tank.
There are too many ice
cubes in the ice cube
basket.
The ice chute can not move.
The ice cube production
cycle takes too long.
The water temperature
inside the water tank is too
low.
The room temperature or
the water temperature in the
water tank is too high.
Coolant leakage.
Blocked pipe in the cooling
system.
The production of ice cubes
will be automatically
suspended.
SOLUTION
Turn off the device, pour in
water and then turn on the
device.
Remove the ice cubes from
the ice cube bassket.
Check that the ice chute is not
blocked with ice cubes. If not,
contact customer service.
Turn off the device and turn it
on again when the ice cubes
melt.
Select S - Small so that the
ice cubes will be smaller.
Replace the water in
the tank. The optimum
water temperature
should be 7° to -32° C.
The ice maker should be
used at temperatures below
32° C, and the water tank
filled with cooler water.
Contact customer service.
Contact customer service.
Turn off the device and
unplug it. Wait a few minutes
and then carefully remove the
ice cubes. Turn on the device
again.
