Open the lid and remove the ice cube basket. Fill the water tank with water to a level
below the mark. Re-insert the ice cube basket.
Press the ON / OFF switch on the control panel to start the ice cube production cycle.
The device pumps water from the tank water to the tray behind the ice chute (about 40
seconds).
The evaporator produces 12 ice cubes in every production process.
The ice cube production cycle takes about 6 to 12 minutes, depending on the selected size
of the ice cubes.
Ready formed ice cubes pass through the ice chute to the ice cube basket.
During the operation of the ice maker the water level must be regularly checked. When
the water pump runs out of water, the ice maker automatically stops and the indicator
light displays "Fill the water tank". Press the ON / OFF switch to turn off the device.
Fill the water tank to a level below the mark, and then press the ON / OFF switch. Before
turning on the unit again, wait 3 minutes, until the coolant in the compressor settles.
The ice maker automatically stops when ice cube basket is full.
NOTE!
When not using the device for at least 24 hours, water in the tank should be drained
for hygienic reasons.
Open the water drain plug at the bottom of the left side of the device to drain all the
water from the water tank.

6. Cleaning and maintenance

6.1 Safety advice

o Before beginning with repair or cleaning works make sure the device has been
disconnected from power socket (pull the power plug!!!) and has cooled down.
o Do not use any acid agents and make sure no water ingresses the device.
o To protect yourself from electric shock, never immerse the device, its cables and the
plug in water or other liquids.
CAUTION!
The device is not suited for direct washing via water jets. Therefore, you must not
use any kind of pressure water jet for cleaning the device!
