7. Possible Malfunctions

PROBLEM
Device does not
function.
The compressor
works but the
device does not
produce any ice
cubes.
The compressor
does not function.
The problem cases shown above are just for orientation and exemplary. If these
or similar problems occur, switch off the device immediately and quit operation
and use. Contact qualified personnel or your dealer immediately for inspection
and repair.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
• Device is switched off
• Power supply is interrupted
• Ambient temperature is
below 10° C
• Refrigerant is flowing out
• Cooling system is blocked
• Electromagnetic valve does
not shut.
• Fan motor of the condenser
does not work
• Sensor does not respond
• Water is flowing out
• Tank is full
• Compressor halts very often
(Housing temperature is too
high)
SOLUTION
• Switch on the device
• Check the power supply
• See that an ambient
temperature of more than
10° C is provided.

• Check, if the sensor is in a
sound state and positioned
correctly.
• Check water supply, water
valve and water supply hose
• Remove the ice cubes from
the ice cube tank.
• Let the device cool off and
