• Plug in the cord into the wall power socket and turn on the On/Off switch. If the assembly
has been properly locked, the 3 pictograms (steam, crush, vacuum packaging) will light up in
green. Otherwise, for safety reasons, the robot will not work until it has been fi xed fi rmly into
place once again).
• Pressing the STEAM symbol. (The symbol will light up in a blue fl ashing light, indicating that it
must be quickly attached to the end of the vacuum suction tube to the connection area of the
jar's lid.
Warning! If the vacuum packaging button is pressed again while the pump is in ope-
ration, the process will be cancelled automatically.
• Once the vacuum packaging has been completed, the 3 pictograms (steam, crush, vacuum
packaging) will automatically light up in green, indicating that any function is ready to be used.
Warning! The system will automatically switch off for safety reasons if the nozzle is
connected to the recipient or the pipe to the vacuum is not closed within an estimated
waiting time of 30 seconds
• Insert the tube into the lower slot that had been previously unscrewed and hook it up to the
inner rear of the base.
• Once the vacuum packaging in the jar has fi nished,
move the part to the left, therefore blocking in this way
the possible inlet of air or outlet of liquids (See picture).
• To open the jar once it has been vacuum packed, move
the part to the right, pressing downwards and unscrewing the lid.

It is recommended to always unplug the appliance before
cleaning it or when it is not being used.
Other vacuum packaging jars with a standard nozzle can be used.

Beating-Crushing

Specifi c information to read before using
the robot as a Blender:
• Only use the blender with cooked foods
(not hard hard-boiled, raw or frozen).
• Never place an excessive amount of food
to be beaten in the basket.
• Cut the ingredients into approximately 1 cm cubes
so as to obtain a more uniform result.
• The standard practice is to use a single beating cycle (each cycle is 10 seconds long). Do not
operate the crushing function more than 2 consecutive cycles. If the crushed result does not
prove suitable, leave to rest for 1 minute and once again repeat the process.
• The blades are very sharp. They should be handled, in the case of necessity or due to hy-
giene, very carefully, by gripping the plastic part that joins the blades. After cleaning the blade,
check that the seal is properly fi tted.
• It is recommended to clean the accessories with clean water and dry with a dry cloth after
each use (do not immerse the base in water, clean it only using a cloth).
Warning! The beating-crushing function can only be used twice per minute.
How to use:
• Place the food to be crushed in the preparation jug
(mixing them or not with the stock, according to the recipe to be followed).
• Fit the holding grille before closing the jug. (*)
• Cover the jug.
• Place the jug assembly (jug + lid) onto the base, and turning it
clockwise until it is locked.
