Cooking
Specifi c information to read before using the robot to COOK:
• Do not use the BBRobot to cook without any water in the pail.
• The blades must be fi xed in place during cooking.
• During cooking, the lid must always be properly fi tted.
• After cooking:
• Do not touch the water pail until it has cooled down.
• When handling the preparation jug assembly it must always be done very carefully as it will
be very hot (always grasp it by its handle).
• It is recommended to clean the accessories with clean water and dry with a dry cloth after
each use (do not clean the base with water, only use a cloth).
How to use:
• Fill the preparation jug with the suffi cient amount of water and pour that water into the pail
(water always at room temperature)
• Cut the food into cubes and place them in the cooking basket.
• Set the cooking basket (with the food inside) resting it inside the preparation jug.
• Cover the basket and jug with the lid (the lid has a small screw that acts as a safety switch to
prevent injuries).
• Place the jug assembly (basket + jug + lid) onto the base, and turning it clockwise until it is
locked.
• Plug in the cord into the wall power socket and turn on the On/Off switch. If the assembly has
been properly locked, the 3 pictograms (steam, crush, vacuum packaging) will light up in green.
Otherwise, for safety reasons, the robot will not work until it has been fi xed fi rmly in place).
• Pressing the STEAM symbol. The process will automatically start after 3 sec after being selec-
ted (the STEAM indicator will light up in blue).

• When the process has fi nished, the steam indicator will be fl ashing red, indicating that the
robot is hot.
• When the steam function has fi nished, from the red steam indicator (2 min.) you will hear 2
consecutive beeps indicating in this manner that it has fi nished. The 3 pictograms (steam, crush,
vacuum packaging) will automatically light up in green, indicating that any function is ready to be
used.
• Open the lid by its upper grip handle.
• Remove the cooking basket by its handle.
• Depending on the recipe, throw out from or keep the stock in the preparation jug, and empty
the contents of the basket into the jug.
• Should you wish to eat or store the food without beating it, pour into the BBRobot or in any
other desired container.
• Should you wish to beat the foods, read the Beating instructions
It is recommended to always unplug the appliance before cleaning it or when it is not being used.

Vacuum packaging

Specifi c information to read before using the
robot as a vacuum packaging appliance:
• Fill the jar of the BBRobot with food.
• Cover the jar by screwing on its lid (the position
of the mobile plastic part must be centred)
