When a pan compatible with induction technology is placed on the induction, the display shows the po-
wer in watt or the temperature in ° C.
GLN2 3000 F:
15 levels of 100 W per zone when both zones are powered (1500 W max per zone)
30 levels of 100 W in the case where only one zone is used (3000 W max).
GLN2 3500 F:
17 levels of 100 W per zone when both zones are powered (1700 W max per zone)
35 levels of 100 W in the case where only one zone is used (3500 W max).
The temperature setting is 30 to 95 ° C in increments of 5 ° C.
As soon as the pan is removed from the fireplace, the display indicates the absence of the pan by a
flashing light. If the display flashes when a saucepan covers the fireplace, this means that the pan mate-
rial is incompatible with the induction technology.
