(GB) 048-863 Fitting instructions:
1.
Unpack the towing bracket and check its contents against the parts list. If necessary,
remove the underseal from around the fitting points of the luggage compartment /
frame members.
2.
Dismount the rear lights.
3.
Dismount the rear bumper and its inset (it is not needed later on).
4.
Remove at the holes "a","c" the stickers.
5.
Place the right and left sideplates (3,4) into the frame member, and then loosely fix
them at points „a" with the attached bonding units in accordance with the drawing.
Pay attention that only the hole marked with „d" should hang out from the frame
member in case of correct assembly.
6.
Loosely fix the towing hook body (1) to the sideplates at points „c","d" with the
attached bonding units in accordance with the drawing.
7.
Secure the towbar using a torque-wrench. Torque the bolts as follows:
M10 (10.9)
Cut out the bumper according to figure 1. (1/a → Seat Altea; 1/b → Seat Leon)
8.
Factory-made bumper window is applicable oe reference: 5po.803.595.
9.
Reassemble all the removed parts to the car (except for the bumper inset).
10. Mount the towing ball in accordance with the fitting instructions.
11. After about 1000 km use, re-tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque.
12. Bosal cannot be held responsible for any defects in the product caused by fault or by
any injudicious use whatever of the user or a person he is liable for. (sect. 185. art. 2
N.B.W.)
13. Only specialised services are authorised to install drawhooks.

(H) 048-863 Szerelési utasítás:
1.
Csomagolja ki a vonóhorgot és a tartozékokat, majd vizsgálja át minden darabját. Ha
szükséges, a rögzítő pontok területén a védőragasztót távolítsa el.
2.
Szerelje le a hátsó lámpákat.
3.
Szerelje le a hátsó lökhárítót és a lökhárítóbetétet (erre a továbbiakban nem lesz
szükség).
4.
Távolítsa el a védőragasztót az alváznyúlványok „a","c" jelű furatairól.
5.
Helyezze be az alvázgerendába a jobb és bal (3,4) oldallemezt, majd lazán rögzítse
az „a" pontokon a mellékelt kötőelemekkel a rajz alapján. Figyeljen arra, hogy csak a
„d" jelű furatnak kell helyes szerelés esetén kilógni az alvázgerendából.
6.
Lazán rögzítse a vonóhorogtestet (1) az oldallemezekhez a „c","d" pontokon, a
mellékelt kötőelemekkel a rajz alapján.
7.
Nyomatékkulccsal húzza fixre a csavarokat:
M10 (10.9)
Vágja ki a lökhárítót az 1-es ábra alapján. (1/a → Seat Altea; 1/b → Seat Leon)
8.
Gyári lökhárító ablak alkalmazható:OE cikkszám: 5PO.803.595.
9.
Szereljen vissza minden eltávolított alkatrészt az autóra (kivéve a lökhárító betétet).
10. Szerelje fel a vonógömböt a felszerelési utasításoknak megfelelően.
11. Körülbelül 1000 vontatott kilométer után a vonóhorog rögzítő csavarjainak
feszességét ellenőrizni kell, és szükség esetén utánhúzni a megfelelő nyomatékkal.
12. A Bosal garanciát vállal, kivéve a nem rendeltetés szerinti használatból adódó
hibákért. (art. 185 lid 2 N.B.W)
13. A vonóhorog felszerelését kizárólag szakműhely végezheti.
