signal inputs have experienced a change will respond to this query. The status of
four inputs is transmitted at a time; this takes approx. 2ms. The query cycle of
30msec is extended by this time. This means that if several LR101/100 respond,
the total duration of the query cycle can be calculated in milliseconds as follows:

If you are already using the LR100
The feedback modules LR100 and LR101 can be used together. Please pay
attention to the correct assignment of addresses and keep in mind that the LR100
occupies two feedback addresses while the LR101 occupies only one.

Features of the LR101
The LR101 has 8 signal inputs (for connecting occupancy detectors LB100/LB101
or other voltage-free contactors (Reed contacts)) and 1 voltage detection input
(for connecting a voltage detector LB050). By 'voltage-free contactors' we mean
those that do not create any conductive connection between the LR101 and the
tracks or other components of the Digital plus system.
6.1 Operation of the signal inputs
The microprocessor inside the LR101 cyclically queries the signal inputs. If a
connection between a signal input and the  terminal is detected or separated,
this information will be transmitted to the LZ100/LZV100/LZV200 during the next
query. An occupancy detector LB100/LB101 connected to a signal input creates
such a connection when a track is occupied (i.e. if current is flowing to the track)
and separates such a connection when a track is no longer occupied.
All 8 signal inputs have a settable delay time:
If a connection between a signal input and the  terminal is detected, this
information will be transmitted to the command station immediately.
If an existing connection is separated, this information will not be transmitted to
the command station until after the set delay time has elapsed.
Example:
A track section is monitored by an occupancy detector LB100/LB101. As soon
as a locomotive enters this track section, the information 'occupied' is
transmitted to the command station. When the locomotive leaves this track
section again, the information 'not occupied' is not transmitted to the command
station until after the set delay time has elapsed.
