TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The lifting frames cannot be raised
or lowered.
The lifting frames cannot be
lowered.
The electric power unit produces no
pressure.
The lifting frames have become
stuck at maximum height with no
load.
The lifting frames cannot be raised
from a fully lowered position.
Contaminated hydraulic fluid.
Abnormal noise during use.
The lifting frames sink slowly
without any buttons being pressed.
The couplers are difficult to connect. Pressure in the hydraulic system. Relieve the pressure by
Proposed action
Check that the hydraulic hoses are not bent, clenched or leaking.
Check the level of the hydraulic fluid.
Check that the power unit has the right power supply.
Bleed the cylinders.
Check that the lifting frames are loaded. If not, place a load
on them.
The product is designed to work with a load on the lifting frames.
Repair the power unit.
The lifting frames must be loaded in order to lower from
maximum height.
There must be space between the ground and the load that
is to be lifted, in order to raise the lifting frames slightly
before lifting the load. The product cannot lift a full load
from a fully lowered position.
Replace the contaminated hydraulic fluid with new fluid of
the same type.
Lubricate the joints with white lithium grease.
Check that the lifting frames are locked in one of the locking
positions. Otherwise, hydraulic fluid is slowly leaking,
causing the lifting frames to sink. Do not leave the product
unattended if it is not fully lowered or locked in one of the
three locked positions.

the lifting frames have been fully lowered, in order to return
as much hydraulic fluid as possible to the fluid reservoir.
Contact your dealer if the pressure is so high that it is not
possible to connect the couplers.
