ASSEMBLY
NOTE:
On delivery there is no hydraulic fluid in
the hydraulic fluid reservoir on the
Hydraulic power unit. Fill with hydraulic
fluid before using the product.
The short hydraulic hoses must be
routed under the bottom of the lifting
frames, never over the lifting frames.
1.
Unscrew the filler plug (1) and fill with 1.8
litres of hydraulic fluid (ISO 32 or ISO 46)
in the hydraulic fluid reservoir (2). Screw
the plug on.
2.
Connect the Female couplers on the long
hose (3) to the male couplers on the
hyraulic power unit (9).

Routed the short hose (6) under the
bottom of the lifting frames(4), never
over the lifting frames.

Connect the male couplers on the long
hoses to the female couplers on the short
hose.

Connect the power unit to the power
supply.
6.
The lift system is now ready to use.

Press the U button (up) on the remote
control (8) to lfit and the D button (Down)
to lower.

BLEEDING
Air may accumulate within the hydraulic
system after assemble the lift system, it cause
the jack frame to respond shake during the rise
or lower the lift, you can rise and lower the lift
