The Wöhler RM 400 has a PRCD-switch (person-
al safety switch) to protect user and drain cleaner
against dangerous currents due to possibly defec-
tive electrical equipment.
WARNING!
Check the functionality of the switch before each
use of the RM 400 as follows:
• Turn on the Wöhler RM 400.
• Press TEST.
If the device switches off automatically, the
PRCD-switch is working and it is safe to work with
the Wöhler RM 400.
• If the Wöhler RM 400 is still working after
pressing the "TEST-button", disconnect the
power supply immediately.
• To start normal working mode after inspection,
press RÜCKSETZEN (Reset).
