9. GUARANTEES

The products BEEPER ALARM & REVERSE are guaranteed during one 3 years duration, that is
to say 36 months. The taking into account of this guarantee is exerted according to these
conditions:
• The date of taking into starting account is the date of sale of the system under presentation of the
purchase invoice.
• In the absence of proof of purchase, the date of catch in guarantee will be the date of production of
the system + 36 months.
• The guarantee is exerted exclusively on the product apart from any other technical intervention of
desinstallation and/or reinstalment or unspecified labour of the fitter
• The carriage costs of the product towards engineering department IXIT are the responsibility of the
customer, the costs carriage return (IXIT towards customer) are with the load of IXIT for France metropolis
only. For the foreigner and DOM TOM, the carriage costs outward journey and return are the responsibility
of the customer.
• The products and its accessories will not have to in no case to be analyzed, opened, to be modified,
repaired... by other engineering departments that those of IXIT.
• The product and its accessories must have undergone a fair wear and tear and must not have undergone
shocks, cracks or other indices of deterioration
• The product and its accessories will not have to present traces of oxidation or of moisture which had
with water projections or a bad protection of the system
• In the event of product noted without defect, the carriage costs of return of IXIT towards the customer
will be the responsibility of the customer. The labour of test and checking without observation of defect
of the product will be the responsibility of the customer
• Any invoicing will be the subject of an estimate accepted by the customer.
