To simply equate day and night setting, click 'Copy day to night'.
For every internal line, you can set an internal number, a name, the usage, automatic external line, emergency number, blocking and external line prefer-
ence for making external calls. First select the group you wish to set by clicking it once. To modify the names and numbers, double-click on the selection
or click on the button 'Modify' at the bottom. After having made the necessary settings, click 'Ok'. If you have accidentally clicked the wrong group, click
'Cancel' to undo the modifications.

4.6.1. Setting number, name and call allocations
For the group number, you insert an internal number from 30 to 99 under 'Number'. As a standard, 91...98 are used for this purpose. If you choose a
number outside this range, an error report is sent.
The name you insert under 'Name' is displayed on all apparatuses in the group (if provided with calling name identification presentation) in case of a group
call. After the name, a star is displayed to indicate that it concerns a group call. Some analog apparatuses display another character or no character at all.
For the call allocations of the group, check off the apparatuses that have to be part of the group and that thus have to ring after the group number is dialed.
You can set different call allocations for calls during the day and night. If you do not wish to make use of a day and night setting, you are recommended to
set both settings identically. You can simply do this by only setting the call allocation for day setting and then clicking the button 'Copy day to night'. All call
allocations for night setting are set identical to those of day setting. If you are making use of the daytime overflow function, you can also check off these
apparatuses. Leaving 'Daytime overflow function' open, means setting it identical to 'Day'.
In the example above, a group that is created by an analog intercom interface was made. This group contains the apparatuses that are connected to internal
lines 1 and 4. If the bell is rung, the analog intercom interface dials number 91 and 4 apparatuses ring.
4.6.2. Assigning a telephone call
In order to make a profile with a ring rythm for an intercom system (e.g. on an external unit bell push button), program group numbers ✱171 to ✱178
instead of 91 to 98.
Make the adjustments for the groups in the sheet 'Groups'.
Program ✱171 on the intercom bell push button: retrieve the numbers programmed under group 91. The name is also taken over.
✱172 follows the settings of group 92
✱173 ...
✱178 follows the settings of group 98
The ring rhytms are displayed below. These are non-recurring ring patterns followed by 100s of silence. You can take the call during these 100s, but the
telephones only ring once.
