4.5.4. Priority setting external line
An apparatus can be completely or partially blocked for external calls. You can also select the preference for taking an external line.
The possible options are:
• First checking external line 1, then external line 2
• Only checking external line 1, blocked for 2nd line
• First checking external line 2, then external line 1
EN
• Only checking external line 2, blocked for external line 1
• Completely blocked
The apparatus can be deblocked by means of a code from ✱500...✱999. This code is an abbreviated number from the phone book that can be set via
'Telephone book' (see 5.7).
4.5.5. Use
By defining the use, you can determine whether certain apparatuses can ring along in group. This is mainly important for personal calls, urgency calls or
other groups.
You can classify all apparatuses under all groups. EasySetup gives a warning before sending if such an apparatus is included in the group. (see 5.2.6).
4.6. Groups setup
In the telephone exchange, you can classify 8 groups in the sheet 'Groups'. Groups enable you to make a call to different apparatuses at once. To make
the group settings, select the tab 'Groups'.
For every group, you can insert an internal number and a name. You can also indicate the apparatuses that have to ring in case of a call to the group number
(group allocation). This goes both for the day and night setting and for the daytime overflow function. If the latter is identical to day setting, '=' is inserted.

Use distinguishes between 2 main groups, the ordinary apparatuses incl. the wireless apparatuses and the
apparatuses that automatically pick up such as FAX machine, MODEM, door intercom, answering machine...
The apparatuses that are associated with the last group do not ring along in case of a group call.
