10. Fluorescence observation procedures

Set the power supply switch to "I" (ON) and
wait for the arc to stabilize (5 or 10 minutes).
Place a specimen on the stage.
Insert in the light path the filtercube
suitable for the specimen
Insert the objective into the light path
and focus the specimen.
Adjust until you obtain a bright and even field of view
Insert the shutter when the microscope is
not used for a short time
Begin observation
