4 Transport and setting up

4.1 Transporting the stand

CAUTION
Risk of crushing due to the weight of
the stand
Hands, fingers and feet can be crushed.
Use appropriate protective clothing

during transport.
Use carrying aids, e.g. a carrying

strap.

At least 2 persons are required for
transportation.
1. Check the packaging for transport
damage. Only use the stand if there is
no detectable damage.
2. Transport the stand to its intended in-
stallation surface.
3. Remove the packaging.

4.2 Minimum clearance

NOTICE
Minimum clearance not adhered to
Place the unit with the minimum
clearance to heat sources or open fire
required to prevent any damage to the
unit or malfunctions.
Observe the minimum clearances as de-
scribed in the original installation manual
for units iVario 2-XS / iVario Pro 2-S.

4.3 Setting up the stand

1. Position the stand at its intended in-
stallation surface.
Setting up the stand with feet

The feet are ready for use.
a
A tool with a wrench size of 17 mm is
ready for use.

A torque wrench (50 Nm) is ready for
use.
1. Mount the metal feet on the stand. Se-
cure them each with one M10 screw.
These are included in the scope of de-
livery.
2. Insert the adjustable plastic foot in the
metal foot.
