Primary Address: first DNS server; manages infor-
mation for a domain such as the IP address itself or
who is responsible for managing the domain.
Secondary Address: second DNS server; obtains
the information from the primary server and stores
it in write-protected form. If the primary server fails
or becomes overloaded, the necessary information
is provided by the secondary server.

If you activate the user-defined option in the
respective field, enter the custom address that
you want to use.

respective field, an address is automatically
obtained from the DHCP server.

4.4.2Static IP address assignment

LAN-side IP address
If you are assigning a static IP address, select the
Static IP Address option and, for the fields IP
address and Subnet Mask, enter information
accordingly.

DHCP server
If you activate the option Switched On, make the
corresponding entries for the fields Starting IP Ad-
dress and Ending IP Address, Domain Name and
