as your home network, activate the option I want
to have a new name for the repeated network.
This function is not compatible with every
Wi-Fi terminal device. In the case of older
devices, this may result in connection prob-
lems. In these cases, we recommend deacti-
vating this option.
Then go to the fields Network name (SSID) for 2.4
GHz and/or Network name (SSID) for 5 GHz and
enter the name of your repeater network. You can
then see this name when you connect to the
repeater network.

Enter the access data / network password of
your selected Wi-Fi network.

Confirm your settings with Next.
In the last step, you get a summary of your
settings. As soon as the configuration has
been run through and the Wi-Fi symbol
(see Chapter 2.1.2 Reading the Wi-Fi indi-
cator light) on the device is lit up green, the
devolo WiFi 5 Repeater 1200 has been suc-
cessfully configured as a Repeater.
