• damaged/dirty flame sensor
• dirty flame sensor opening in the rear

• settings not changed to a different fuel
• incorrectly sized boiler
• faulty sensor
• incorrect position of boiler return water
temperature sensor
• boiler power too low
• boiler flue blocked
• boiler extension duct blocked
• heat exchanger channels blocked
Solution
• check plugs and controller module connections
• check gear-motor and screw feeder shaft connection
• check feeder duct for blockages
• check if the shaft rotates freely in the screw feeder duct
• check fan cables and connections (including terminal strips)
• replace fan
• replace controller module.
• check heating element cables and connections (including the
terminal strips)
• clean igniter opening
• very high fuel moisture content
• replace heating element
• replace or clean flame sensor
• clean flame sensor opening
• reduce the amount of air, check feeding and pause times (check
burner power)
• check boiler sizing
• check sensors
• check return sensor position (water recirculation)
• check burner feeding and pause times
• remove all blockages
