REPAIR
If the product is not working properly, check the following points:
Problems / Symptoms
No mist when the appliance
is switched on
Mist stops while the diffuser
is in operation
Insufficient mist
The light does not switch
on
Should the problems persist please contact your retailer.
The manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of the diffuser.
Causes
The appliance is not plugged in
Water level too low
Water level exceeds 100ml
The end of part A is obstructed
Water level too low
Accumulation of water drops in the part A
The ceramic disk is dirty
An excess of Estéban refresher oils or essential oils
has been poured into the container
Accumulation of water drops in the part A and the
double wall of Part C
Diffuser failure
Solutions
Make sure that the power adapter is properly connected
to the appliance and fully plugged in to the wall socket
Fill the water container
Empty out excess water
Make sure that nothing is preventing the release
of the mist
Fill the water container
Switch off the diffuser, remove part A then clean off
the accumulated water drops
Clean the ceramic disk as described in the
«CLEANING» instructions
Empty the appliance and clean it
Switch off the diffuser, remove part A then clean off
the accumulated water drops
Bring the diffuser back to the retailer within the
after-sales service support legal deadline
