6 After approx. 10 seconds the temperature is displayed on the temperature indication.
7 Press the Filling trigger (2). The coolant recirculator runs for approx. 30 seconds.
8 Fill the coolant recirculator at the filler neck (6) of the coolant container (3) with the ABICOR BINZEL
BTC-50 coolant again up to the maximum filling level mark placed on the side of the device and press
the Filling trigger (2).
9 Repeat this procedure approx. 2-3 times until the coolant is distributed in the entire coolant circuit and
the maximum filling level is reached.
10Close the filler neck (6) with the screw cap (4).
Damage caused by unsuitable and conductive cooling liquids are excluded from
warranty.

The optimum cooling function is not guaranteed until the entire cooling system has been ventilated.
Ventilate the entire cooling system as follows at every first use and after every hose assembly change:
1 Connect the coolant hoses (1), (2) of the intermediate cable assembly to the coolant recirculator (3)
and make sure that the entire coolant circuit is closed.
2 Switch on the robot welding power source.
3 Switch on the coolant recirculator by pressing the "Filling" trigger on the front side of the device.
