Programming module

13.5 Pressure regulator

The pressure regulator regulates the contact pressure with which the EasyKit is pressed against the drive
roller. It must be configured to allow the EasyKit to rotate evenly.

13.6 Capacitive sensor

A capacitive sensor is used to align the micro controller.
It responds to the trailing edges before and after the joystick of the EasyKit and must be fastened at a
distance of approximately 1 mm from the EasyKit. The sensitivity of the sensor must be adjusted with the
screw on the sensor for a reliable switching signal.
The sensor is mounted in an elongated hole and must be positioned so that the contacting pins of the
programming plug move into the sockets of the EasyKit without force.

13.7 Opto-electrical sensor

An optical reflection light sensor is used to detect if an EasyKit is ready for pick-up.
It can be set up directly on the sensor with a "Teach pushbutton".
When the EasyKit is located in the mounting, a signal must be generated.
Commissioning is limited to visual inspection in order to ensure correct tubing connections, wiring and
operating voltage supply.
All components, tubing connections and cabling are clearly identified, so that all of the connections can be
readily restored.

13.8 Loading programs for the EasyKit on the module controller

The programs that are designed for the EasyKit must be stored directly on the USB stick (FAT32 format) in
the "Program" directory. See also Item 11.2.
The module must have the Ready status and the USB stick must be plugged in at one of the 4 USB ports
(XF2). A USB stick symbol will be displayed in the status line on the lower edge of the screen. Individual
programs can now be transferred to one of the 7 selectable positions in the "Transfer programs" window.
See "Program data browser – Select program files"
