Programmiertaster am Modul drücken
Am Keyboard eine Taste aus der Zeile drü-
cken, für die das Achtfachmodul der Empfän-
ger sein soll.
Stellbefehl ‚Gerade' oder ‚Abzweig' geben
Damit ist der Programmiervorgang abgeschlossen. Die programmierte Adresse wird im
Modul dauerhaft gespeichert, kann aber jederzeit geändert werden.

Gelbe LED
– blinkt: Modul befindet sich im Programmiermodus
– leuchtet 2 Sekunden: Modul wird mit einer zutreffenden Adresse angesprochen.
Rote LED
leuchtet bis zu 3 Sekunden: Am zuletzt angesprochenen Ausgang ist
a) beim Schaltverbraucher ein Kurzschluß;
b) der Schaltverbraucher schwergängig und benötigt zuviel Strom;
c) der Schaltverbraucher mit höherem Strombedarf ist bereits kurz vorher schon
des öfteren angesprochen worden.
In diesen Fällen spricht die Kurzschlußüberwachung des Moduls an. Die Ursache des
Fehlers muss behoben werden.

This eightfold module can be used to digitally control all double coil drives of turnouts,
relays or semaphore signals, be it with or without limit stop. It can also be used for de-
couplers and light signals.
The eightfold module can be responded to via the turnout addresses 001 to 256. For
the control of the eightfold module, you require a central unit or Central control and a
keyboard or an interface respectively and a computer.

onneCtion of the eightfold module
Power supply of the module is by means of the connections J and K – the two outer
terminals of the threefold plug on the narrow side of the module – directly from the jacks
"red" and "brown" of the central control or of a booster. You may also connect the module
to a terminal track.

The maximal switching power of the module is 1.2 amps. All exits are short circuit
protected.

Upon overloading, the module will immediately switch off all exits, and a red LED will
indicate this condition.

Dimensions of the module housing: approx. 90 x 90 mm.
