Assemble
Conveyor MUST be mounted straight, flat and
level within confines of conveyor. Use a level
(Figure 2, item 1) for setup.

Sequence
For more detailed instructions on any
assembly or maintenance procedures, see

Manual that is supplied with conveyor.
1.
Assemble conveyor (if required) (see "Assemble
Conveyors" on page 6).
2.
Attach mounting brackets to conveyor (if required) (see
"Attach Mounting Brackets" on page 7).
3.
Attach conveyor to stands (if required) (see "Attach
Conveyor to Stands" on page 8).
4.
Install return rollers on conveyor (if required) (see
"Install Return Rollers" on page 8).
5.
Install gearmotor mounting package (if required) (see
"Install Gearmotor Mounting Package" on page 9).
6.
Install guides (if required) (see "Install Guiding" on
page 10).

Assemble Conveyors
1.
Locate and arrange conveyor sections by section labels
(Figure 3, item 1).

On tension end of the conveyor, identified with
a label (Figure 4, item 1): On both sides of
conveyor, loosen and move cam tracking assemblies
(Figure 4, item 2) (if equipped) away from head plates,
then loosen fastening screws (Figure 4, item 3) and
push head plate assembly inward.

3.
Roll out conveyor belt and place conveyor frame
sections (Figure 5, item 1) into belt loop.
