Install Guiding

Manual that is supplied with conveyor.
A WARNING
To prevent injury, make sure all electrical
power sources have been disconnected
before performing any copoennt assembly or
adjustments.
1. Insert each drop-in T-bar (Figure 18, item 1) into the
conveyor frame T-slot (Figure 18, item 2) by rolling it
into position as shown.

2. Evenly space the T-bars, on both sides of the conveyor
at distances no greater than 36 in. (915 mm) (Figure
19, item 1). Install mounting brackets and guiding as
required.

3. After final positioning, be sure to tightly secure all
mounting hardware.

After installing guiding and before operating
conveyor, be sure to eliminate any potential
pinch points that may have been created. To
prevent injury, keep fingers and hands away
from pinch point areas while the conveyor is
running.
