TROUBLESHOOTING
In the event of any fault based on the instructions given in the table below, some minor issues
can be corrected by the user. Please check the consecutive points in the table before you
refer the repair to customer service.
Problem
A burner does not light
The flame goes out when light-
ing a burner
Important! All repairs must be performed by qualified service technicians.
Reason
Flame openings soiled
Knob released too quickly

Remedy
Close the gas by cutting off va-
lve, close burner knobs, air the
room, take out and clean the
burner, blow on flame openings
Hold the knob down longer at
the "large flame" position
