Safety

2.1 Safety definitions

Warning! If you do not obey these instructions, there
is a risk of death or injury.
Caution! If you do not obey these instructions, there
is a risk of damage to the product, other materials or the
adjacent area.
Note! Information that is necessary in a given situation.

2.2 Safety instructions for operation

Warning! If you do not obey these instructions, there
is a risk of death or injury.
● The instructions describe how to ride safely and keep the
product in good condition. Read the instructions carefully,
and follow them. All the important servicing and
adjustments of the product should be carried out at a
bike shop. Follow these instructions if you do not have
access to a bike shop or want to do the adjustments
yourself.
● Follow local traffic regulations.
● Always wear a bike helmet.
● If dark, use the lamps on the product. Wear bright
clothes, if it is possible.
● If it is wet, the power of the brake is reduced. Cycle more
slowly and apply the brake earlier than in dry weather.

Assembly

3.1 Suitable tools for assembly and
adjustment
● Combination spanners, size 14 (2) and 15 mm.
● Hex keys, size 4 and 5mm.
● Screwdriver PH2
● Grease.

3.2 To assemble the handlebars

Loosen the bracket on the stem with a 5 mm hex key.
(Figure 2)

Put the handlebars on the stem.
A.
Make sure that it is centred, and that the angle is
correct in relation to the hand brake and gear

level.
B.
Make sure that the brake wires and the gear
wires are on the right side of the frame and the
front fork.
C.
If the wires are not correct, do a check that the
handlebar or the fork is in the correct position.
D.
If it is necessary, rotate the fork or the handlebar.

Install the bracket and tighten the 2 hex screws
alternately.
3.2.1 To change the position of the handlebar

Loosen the hex screws with the 5 mm hex key.

Angle the stem and firmly tighten the hex screw.

Make sure that the handlebar is in correct position.
Refer to "3.2 To assemble the handlebars" on page
25.

3.3 To assemble the front wheel

Push the front brake together and unhook the brake
wire so that the brake separates. (Figure 3)

Hook the front wheel in the front fork, with the tyre in
the correct direction of rotation.

Loosen the 2 nuts on the fork legs.

Make sure that the front wheel is centred between
the fork legs.

Make sure that the 2 trays on the hub are on the
outside of the front fork.

Tighten the 2 nuts on the fork legs.
3.4 To install the saddle and the
saddle post

Put grease on the saddle post.

Install the saddle post into the saddle tube.
Note! Make sure that the marking for the top position on the
saddle is below the edge of the saddle tube.

Lock the saddle post to the required height with the
quick-release lever.
