General rules
These installation and commissioning specifications are
intended for use with H2V axial piston motors.
Adherence to these recommendations has a decisive
effect on the service life of the units. The following
specifications refer to standard units with standard
internal elements, used with common hydraulic fluids.
Carefully read this manual before installing and
commissioning the application. In case of doubt, please
contact us.
A standard requirement is that the motor casing must be
completely filled with already filtered hydraulic oil before
commissioning or re-commissioning it, and the casing
must remain filled also when operating.
Commissioning or re-commissioning the unit without
filling the housing or with too little fluid in it will result in
damage or in the immediate destruction of the rotating
group.
In the following text, we will differentiate between
installation position (motor to tank) and installation
orientation (motor shaft vertical, horizontal etc.).
The ideal filling orientation is specified after. Only in this
position
can
complete
commissioning
or
re-commissioning,
should be
maintained.
Installation Position
The following installation positions are possible, see
figure 1.
1. Motor above the tank (above the minimum oil level).
2. Motor below the tank (below the minimum oil level).

Règles générales
Ces spécifications de montage et d'installations sont
destinées aux moteurs H2V à pistons axiaux. Le
respect de ces recommandations est primordial pour la
durée de vie des unités. Les spécifications suivantes se
réfèrent à des moteurs standards avec des composants
standards utilisés avec une huile conventionnelle.
Veuillez lite avec attention ce manuel avant l'installation
et le démarrage de l'installation. En cas de doute
veuillez nous contacter.
La première condition est de remplir complètement le
carter du moteur avec de l'huile pré filtrée et que le
carter soit toujours plein pendant le fonctionnement. Le
démarrage ou le redémarrage du moteur avec un carter
vide ou insuffisamment rempli peut détériorer ou
détruire le groupe rotatif.
Les pages suivantes vont différencier la position du
moteur (par rapport au réservoir) et l'orientation du
moteur (arbre vertical, horizontal).
La procédure idéale pour le remplissage est indiquée ci-
après. Il est possible de remplir le moteur uniquement
en suivant ces indications. La position de montage

Les positions suivantes sont possibles (voir figure 1)
1. Moteur au dessus le réservoir (au dessus du niveau
d'huile).
2. Moteur au dessous du réservoir (au dessous du
niveau d'huile).
