L’autoclave emetterà un suono, andrà in decompressione e sul display comparirà il messaggio di allarme A001 (CICLO INTERROTTO). ITALIANO TEST DI CONTROLLO AUTOCLAVE 10.1 Integratore chimici Sono test che sfruttano le proprietà di sostanza coloranti capaci di modificare il proprio aspetto se vengono adeguatamente esposte al calore e alla pressione in tempi adeguati. In quanto interagiscono con tutti i parametri del ciclo (pressione,temperatura, tempo). Il superamento del test ne certifica la corretta stabilità.

ITALIANO Le fiale devono essere inserite nella camera di sterilizzazione, anche con presenza di carico. UTILIZZO Eseguire il ciclo, al termine estrarre la fiala con attenzione in quanto calda e in pressione. Lasciarla raffreddare per circa 10 minuti poi attivarla, utilizzando l’apposita pinza in dotazione, mantenendola sempre in verticale.

ITALIANO La valutazione è semplice e rapida. RESPONSO Se il viraggio risulta uniforme (come in figura) il test è perfettamente riuscito, diversamente il test non è superato, pertanto l’autoclave non è in grado di sterilizzare correttamente i corpi porosi. Non esiste una periodicità predefinita, se non nelle zone ove vi sono leggi regionali specifiche.
