METHOD SAVING

- Enter in the « Spectrum » mode.
- Press on F1 key [Setup] to enter inside the programming parameters sub-menu.
- Program parameters.
- Press on F2 key [Save].
- Press on F1 key [Location].
- Select the place where the method will store (Internal folder DataB or USB memory)
- Give a name to the method and confirm with <START/ENTER> key.

METHOD DELETING

- Enter in the « Spectrum » mode.
- Press on F1 key [Setup].
- Press on F1 key [Open]. It displays:
- Select the method to be deleted with «
- Press on F2 key [Delete].

METHOD SELECTION

- Enter in the « Spectrum » mode.
- Press on F1 key [Setup] to enter inside the programming parameters sub-menu.
- Press on F1 key [Open].
- Press on F1 key [Location] if the method is stored inside a USB memory.
- Select the method and confirm with <START/ENTER> key.

MEASUREMENT EXECUTION

- Enter in the « Spectrum » mode.
- Start the baseline measurement by pressing <ZERO BLANK> key. The spectrophotometer memorizes the baseline.
Wait until the end of measurement.
- Insert the sample inside the cuvette holder, close the cover the ress <START ENTER> key to start the measurement.
The cursor appears at the absolute maximum of the spectrum.
The operator has the following possibilities:
- Immediately realized some calculations on the spectrum (see following paragraph).
