Hubvolumen einstellen
ID-Code des montierten Pum-
penkopfes kontrollieren bzw. eingeben
(Seite 16).
Im Modus PUMP rpm ge-wünschte
Drehzahl eingeben (Seite 25).
1. Wechseln Sie in den Modus
STROKE div.
2. Drücken Sie die CAL-Taste.
Die Fließrate erscheint blinkend
in der LED-Anzeige.

3. Geben Sie über die Tasten
die Fließrate ein.
4. Bestätigen Sie mit der CAL Taste.
5. Einstellung am Kopf: RH-Köpfe:
Drehen Sie den gerändelten
Einstellring bis der richtige Wert an
den beiden Skalenringen mit der
LED Anzeige übereinstimmt.
(Die Fixierschraube darf nicht gelöst
werden!) (Seite 22).
Q-Köpfe: Skala auf gewünschten
Wert einstellen.
Für beide Köpfe:
Für präzises Dosieren empfehlen
wir, das Hubvolumen nicht unter 4
% (Q-Kopf) bzw. 10% (RH-Kopf) des
Maximalwertes einzustellen.
RH-Pumpenköpfe:
– 450.0 = max. Hubvol.
– 1.0 = min. Hubvol.
Q-Pumpenköpfe:
– 10.0 = max. Hubvol.
– 0.1= min. Hubvol.
6. Mit der MODE-Taste auf
PUMP Flow rate wechseln.

Check and, if necessary, enter the
ID code of the mounted pump-head
(Page 16).
Enter the required speed in the
mode PUMP rpm (Page 25).
1. Change the mode to STROKE div.
2. Press the CAL key. A blinking stroke
volume appears in the LED display.
3. Enter the required stroke volume

with the keys.
4. Confirm with the CAL key.
5. Adjustments on the head: RH pump-
heads: Turn the knurled adjustment
ring until the correct value on the fixed
and revolving flow control ring equals
the digital LED read-out. (The fixing
screw must not be loosened!) Page

Q pump-heads: Adjust the required
value on the revolving flow control knob.
For pump-heads RH andQ:
For accurate dispensing you
should not set the stroke volume
below 4 % (Q pump-heads) and 10%
(RH pump-heads) of the max. value.
RH-type pump-heads:
– 450.0 = max. stroke vol.
– 1.0 = min. stroke vol.
Q-type pump-heads:
– 10.0 = max. stroke vol.
– 0.1= min. stroke vol.
6. Change the mode to PUMP Flow rate.

Contrôler, respectivement saisir le
code ID de la tête de pompe installée
(Page 16).
Choisissez le mode PUMP rpm et
introduisez le nombre de tours désiré
(Page 25).
1. Passer avec la touche MODE sur
STROKE div.
2. Presser la touche CAL Le volume de
course clignote sur l'affichage LED.
3. Choisir le volume de course souhaité

avec les touches .
4. Confirmer avec la touche CAL.
5. Réglage à la tête de pompe: Pour
tête de pompe RH: Tournez l'anneau
de réglage jusqu'à ce que la valeur
correcte sur les deux anneaux
gradués corresponde à celle de
l'affichage LED. (Ne pas desserrer la
vis de fixation!) (Page 22).
Pour tête de pompe Q: Régler
l'échelle à la valeur désirée.
Pour les deux têtes:
Nous recommandons de ne pas
régler le volume de course en
dessous de 4 % (type Q) ou 10%
(type RH) de la valeur maximale.
Tête de pompe type RH
– 450.0 = max. vol. de course
– 1.0 = min. vol. de course
