STEAMAX PRIV V8 – ERROR MESSAGES & SAFETY FUNCTIONS
Over 8 Second Protection
If you press and hold down the Fire button for more than 8 seconds, the upper display will light
up five times and the unit will automatically switch off.
Head Protection
If the resistance of the coil is less than 0.1 ohms or more than 2.5 ohms, the device will not work
properly. Please use a compatible evaporator head.

Short-Circuit Protection

If a short circuit occurs, the upper display lights up 4 times white and the device automatically
stops the power output.
Weak Battery
If the voltage of the battery drops below 3.3 V, the lower display will blink 15 times and the
device automatically will stop the power output.
