PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Steamer Plus is a high-quality, universal
steam cleaner that can be used for:
_ cleaning all types of models, dies, metal frame-
works, a large variety of small items, porcelain
or prosthetic acrylics
_ removing aluminium oxide residue
_ removing wax residue
_ cleaning articulators
_ cleaning dental tools/instruments
_ cleaning jewellery.
The unit has a total water capacity of 4.4 l. The
2-tank system allows the unit to be filled during
operation and provides a constant check of the
water level.
As the steam pressure of the Steamer Plus is
infinitely variable, it can produce an extremely
fine steam jet. Hot water can also be added using
the saturated steam control to ensure optimum
cleaning power even with ingrained dirt. The
automatic descaler display indicates when the
unit requires descaling.
INSTALLATION
After removing the unit from the packaging, check
it immediately for any damage caused during
transit. If any damage has occurred, inform the

supplier immediately. The unit is always supplied
ready for operation. Check the voltage. Check
whether the voltage on the rating plate on the
back of the housing is the same as the mains vol-
tage. Then simply connect the mains cable (14)
and, before operating the unit, check that the
drain valve (13) on the back of the unit is closed.
Then fill the tank (9) with water. The tank can be
removed by simply lifting it upwards. This allows
it to be filled easily and quickly.
CAUTION! It is essential to adhere to the pres-
cribed descaling periods if tap water is used!
Any damage due to lime scale, obviously caused
by disregarding the descaling intervals, renders
the guarantee invalid! Never add chemical pro-
ducts or other additives!
The unit can now be switched on using the ON/OFF
key (1) (the green indicator to the left of the key
lights up). Water from the tank is now pumped
automatically into the hot water boiler until the
boiler is filled to maximum. The heating is also
immediately activated so that the water in the boi-
ler is heated as quickly as possible. This is indica-
ted by the green light to the left of the heating key
(2). The unit now takes approx. 15 min to heat
up. The green LED (4) indicates that the unit is
heating up and the pressure indicator (6) displays
the increase in pressure in the tank. The pressure
indicator is an LED bar and is graduated upwards
into 10 orange, 7 green and 3 red bars.
OPERATION
The Steamer Plus is ready to operate when the
pressure indicator (6) reaches approximately the
middle of the green area and the heating indica-
tor light (4) goes out. Remove the handpiece of
the steam gun (11) from its holder (10). Press the
steam button (12) to steam clean the items. Hold
the steam gun over a washbasin or protective
tray when steam cleaning. When cleaning small
items, we recommend using the sieve, which is
available as an accessory. The steam pressure
can be increased or decreased as required using
the steam pressure control (8). Hot water can
also be added using the saturated steam control
(7). After steam cleaning replace the steam gun
in the holder.
