NOTICE
• For the installation of the cable assembly, it is important to make sure that all lines (control
lead, water hoses, gas/compressed air lines) are installed without torsion and with
sufficient clearance.
Proceed as follows for the correct alignment and mounting of the wire feeder and
cable assembly:
1 Unscrew the wire feeder (1) .
2 Align the cable assembly (2) in the pre-determined direction and mount it in the torch mount.
3 Fasten the cable assembly (2) with the machine-side connection to the wire feeder.
4 Fasten the wire feeder (1) to the wire feeder mount (3). The position of the wire feed results
from the position of the robot (maintenance position). Make sure that the cable assembly can
still be moved

• When replacing the liquid-cooled ABIROB
coolant residues are removed from the iSTM ABIROB
• When mounting liquid-cooled ABIROB
